There may be an additional charge for barriers to delivery and for drop off/pick up after regular hours.

Our Commitment to You
We will do our best to quote as accurately as possible. We are relying on you to give us correct information. If there is anything we are unsure about, we may ask to do a free onsite estimate. Our goal is to give you the BEST event possible.
Payment Terms
- 150% due at time of deposit to reserve your date.
- 250% due on the day of the event, prior to the event.
- You keep all prizes.
Once the contract is signed, you have 10 business days to make any adjustments. After that, your deposit is non-refundable and the full amount is due.
While we enforce our rules equally, every once in a while there is an extenuating circumstance we will consider.
* Large crane machines cannot be moved up stairs — double door access is required.
