By accessing our website (CraneGameFun.com) or booking any services from Midsouth Party Rentals, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Midsouth Party Rentals provides crane game machine rental services for private and corporate events in the greater Memphis, Tennessee area. Services include delivery, setup, operation support (if applicable), and pickup of rental equipment. Specific service details, pricing, and availability are confirmed at the time of booking.

All bookings are subject to availability and are not confirmed until a deposit has been received and a booking confirmation has been issued by Midsouth Party Rentals.

•A deposit of 50% of the total rental fee is required to reserve your date.

•The remaining balance is due as outlined in your rental agreement.

•Bookings made without a deposit are not guaranteed and may be released to other customers.

•50% due upon booking to secure your reservation.

•25% due on the day of the event prior to setup.

•Remaining balance due after the event is complete.

Accepted payment methods will be communicated at the time of booking. Late payments may result in cancellation of services.

Cancellation policies are outlined in your individual rental contract. In general:

•Cancellations made with sufficient advance notice may be eligible for a partial refund of the deposit.

•Cancellations made within 7 days of the event date may forfeit the deposit.

•Midsouth Party Rentals reserves the right to cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., equipment failure, severe weather). In such cases, a full refund of any amounts paid will be issued.

Please review your rental contract for specific cancellation terms applicable to your booking.

By booking our services, you agree to:

•Provide accurate and complete information about your event, including venue, date, time, access requirements (stairs, distance from parking, etc.).

•Ensure a suitable power source is available at the event location (standard 110V outlet within reasonable distance).

•Ensure the event space is accessible for delivery and setup of equipment.

•Supervise the use of the crane game machine during your event and prevent misuse or damage.

•Notify us of any changes to event details as soon as possible.

All equipment remains the property of Midsouth Party Rentals at all times. The customer is responsible for any damage to the equipment caused by misuse, negligence, or failure to follow operating instructions during the rental period. Normal wear and tear is expected and not charged. Damage beyond normal wear may result in additional charges as outlined in your rental contract.

Each rental includes approximately 100 toys/prizes of varying sizes. Additional prizes may be purchased separately. Prize quantities are approximate and may vary slightly. Custom prize orders are subject to availability, lead time, and size/customization restrictions. Midsouth Party Rentals will communicate any limitations at the time of ordering. All prizes included in the rental are yours to keep at the end of the event.

Midsouth Party Rentals shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or equipment. Our total liability for any claim arising from a rental shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for that rental. We are not responsible for injuries resulting from misuse of equipment or failure to follow safety guidelines.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Midsouth Party Rentals, its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or any injury or damage occurring at your event related to the use of our equipment.

We rely on the information you provide to accurately quote and plan your rental. Inaccurate information (e.g., incorrect venue details, undisclosed stairs or access challenges) may result in additional charges or inability to complete the rental. We reserve the right to request an onsite estimate at no charge to you when we are uncertain about logistics.

All content on CraneGameFun.com, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of Midsouth Party Rentals and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without our express written permission.

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be resolved in the courts of Shelby County, Tennessee.
