Crane Game Rental Agreement

1. Deposit & Payment. A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total contract price is due upon signing to secure the event date. The remaining balance is due on the day of the event prior to setup. Payment may be made by cash, check, or credit card.

2. Cancellation Policy. The deposit is non-refundable after 10 business days from the date of signing. If the customer cancels within 10 business days of signing, the deposit will be refunded in full. Cancellations made within 10 days of the event date forfeit the full deposit regardless of timing.

3. Rescheduling. Rescheduling requests must be made at least 14 days prior to the event date and are subject to availability. One complimentary reschedule is permitted; subsequent reschedules may incur a $50 administrative fee.

4. Setup & Breakdown. Midsouth Party Rentals requires a minimum of 60 minutes for both setup and breakdown. Customer is responsible for ensuring adequate space (minimum 10' × 10' for mini crane; 12' × 12' for full-size) and access to a standard 110V electrical outlet within 25 feet of the placement area.

5. Stairs & Access. Customer must disclose any stairs, elevators, or restricted access at the venue prior to the event. *LARGE CRANE MACHINES CANNOT GO UP STAIRS OF ANY KIND. Failure to disclose access limitations may result in additional fees or inability to complete the rental. Midsouth Party Rentals reserves the right to cancel the rental without refund if safe access cannot be achieved.

6. Supervision. Midsouth Party Rentals will provide an attendant to operate the crane machine throughout the rental period. The attendant has the authority to pause or stop operation if safety concerns arise.

7. Damage. Customer is responsible for any damage to equipment caused by misuse, negligence, or unauthorized operation by guests. Normal wear and tear is excluded.

8. Non-Disparagement. Customer agrees not to make, publish, or communicate to any person or entity any disparaging, defamatory, or negative remarks, comments, or statements — whether oral, written, or electronic — concerning Midsouth Party Rentals, its owners, employees, services, or equipment. This includes but is not limited to posts on social media platforms, review sites, blogs, or any other public forum. This clause survives the termination or completion of this agreement.

9. Weather / Force Majeure. For outdoor events, Midsouth Party Rentals reserves the right to cancel or relocate the setup due to inclement weather. In such cases, a full credit toward a future event will be issued.

10. Liability. Midsouth Party Rentals is not liable for injuries resulting from unauthorized use of equipment or failure to follow attendant instructions. Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Midsouth Party Rentals from any claims arising from the event.

11. Governing Law. This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee. Any disputes shall be resolved in Shelby County, Tennessee.
